About

I am an instructional designer and developer who is passionate about creating learning solutions to help make meeting your company’s goals easier! I use my knowledge of the ADDIE process and adult learning theories combined with visual design to create engaging learning opportunities to improve company performance, profit, and culture–no more boring, tedious trainings! 

I enjoy data analysis and creating learning objectives and content to meet company objectives. My goal is for training to be learner focused--motivating learners to retain and apply content knowledge. I love building courses in Articulate Storyline and Rise. I can create design documents and storyboards as well as develop e-Learning modules, microlearning, ILT/vILT, job aids and more for your business. 

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and playing board games. I love reading for personal and professional development and for fun. I am planning a trip to Vermont to see the gorgeous leaves changing hue in the fall.
